Kevin J. Fandl is a legal writing and legal English scholar with extensive publishing and teaching experience. He served as a managing editor for the Foreign Policy Bulletin for three years and as a senior editor on the American University International Law Review for two years. He has published 10 law review articles, several editorials and book reviews, and three books on law and legal writing. He is the director of the Global Legal Education Institute, which develops and delivers on-site training around the world on numerous U.S. law topics, including Legal English and Legal Writing. Fandl earned his Master’s degree in International Relations, his Juris Doctor degree in Law from American University, and his Doctorate in Public Policy from George Mason University. He lectures frequently at the Georgetown University Law Center and the American University Washington College of Law, and consults for the World Bank and the Organization of American States. A very solid, rigorous introduction to its subject. It offered an original question (What If You Were ) and it offered surprising, fun answers. It is a Japanese-ish styled fantasy novel with swords and honor a constant presence throughout. I remembered the case and found this book answered my what ever happened to them questions.. In my opinion, texts currently available from McGill, Liebenson, Cook, Janda, Kolar, Kendall and others provide better instruction and better methods of both clinical examination and correction of spinal and extremity dysfunctional conditions.. I got the impression that these extra steps were probably good practice or driven by internal policy, but I rather thought that should have been explained.
As far as an administrator's reference, I think the text does a really good job. It is a rather studious volume that investigates how American society and culture USED Foster's music, perceived it, refigured it, long after Foster had left the building. An
